I was a patient here. The people who work there are rude and don't have any compassion for the addict seeking treatment. One lady who works behind the front desk, Rose is her name is extremely rude, unhappy human being. She over charged me then when I asked to be reimbursed I was given a speech how it was my fault she over billed me. The thing is at this clinic you are at the mercy of the staff, to where she stopped and was going to kick me out of the program for asking to get reimbursed. I was dumbfounded never in my life have I been disrespected like by someone I am paying to deal with. Needless to say I am changing clinics there are many many facilities in the area, with a lot better treatment and employees. Recovery Solutions you can thank Rose for losing this patient, but see that's the thing... they don't care.It is hard enough recovering from an addiction, it doesn't have to be harder because someone has a chip on her shoulder and enjoys belittling people. I highly suggest researching and finding some where. Another problem is this clinic is OVER CROWDED, you will never be in and out. Fights in line, people selling narcotics in the parking lot and not mention it is located directly in front of a tweaker hotel. My only blessing here was my counselor Derek S., very helpful and knowledgeable, I owe this man a lot. Find some where else NOT WORTH THE HASSLE IF YOU HAVE MEANS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.....
