Recovery Masters Towing

If I could do no star I would. I have never felt the need to write an adverse review before but I have never experienced flat out robbery until now!!! The guy was starting to hook up our car to tow it, he said if we had the ""parking pass"" purchased before the lights were on he would stop. I purchased the parking pass for $5.00 but while I was doing that he jacked my boyfriend for the $150.00 tow fee. Did he offer to refund the $150.00....NO!! I was able to get my $5.00 back but not the $150.00 the liar took. We were away from the car for maybe 10 minutes from the time we parked until we came back to find it being towed. He sat there like a vulture just waiting.....this guy needs to be put out of business. He was a jerk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and an extortion artist. Beware North Idaho, Recovery Masters is waiting to rob you too!!!!!! more

towed my avalanche 1/12 blocks...from walmart to there storage yard. Tried to pay after 5 days would not take major credit card over phone. Drove from tricities 3 days later to pay in person.,,,550.00 bucks for towing and 10 days storage...only there 8 days could of got it out in 5 had he taken credit card over phone. Filing law suit hopefully soon. Oh had 20 inches of snow on it! Class ass! Got Boise law on towing and storage fee..Maybe that will HELP...Hey i am 60 years old..just tryin to get faIR DEAL more

If I could I would rate this guy even lower. He towed my husbands car from our apartment complex without being called. He was rude on the phone. When I got there he wasn't there to get me the car and I had to wait. He then proceeded to comment negatively on my pregnancy, sex of my child, and my age while being pregnant. He also told me the lady before me offered him $150 worth of sexual favors and said hes never had anything worth that. OVer all a very unprofessional, perverted man!!! more

This company patrols my apartment complex. They towed my visitor's car - even with a visibly displayed visitor pass. When I went to get the car, I grabbed the pass out of the vehicle and showed it to the dude and he accused me of trespassing! Then the police show up at my house a couple days later - these shady creeps now say I vandalized their tow yard!! Companies like Recovery Masters give reputable towing companies a bad name... They busted my tail light and damaged my bumper and they will not stand by it they said prove it. Pros: Nothing good about them even there customer service is bad. Cons: IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE THEY DO NOT STAND BY IT more
