They will not let you return anything even if it's defective. I took back a dvd player which wasn't working properly. When I took it back they said they would send it out for repair. (which ticked me off right there). It took over 3 months to get it back and when I did finally did, the dvd holder door was broken. When I took it back again, I was VERY angry. This idiot, Gene they have working there starts threatening me that if I don't calm down he's not going to do anything!. I just don't need the kind of bullsh#t that this dump will put you through. MUCH better off going to BestBuy, PC Richards or any large department store. more
