First Filling with Rechtin 9/22/2010

Everything went smoothly and quickly from beginning to end. The staff got me inot my appointment on time. They explained the procedure they would be doing. They did the procedure from start to finish without interruption, and got me on my way home. I was very satisfied! more

Annual Cleaning 9/2/2010

My appointment began on time and was conducted by one of the dental hygienist. She was very nice and did a thorough job cleaning my teetn. I was in and out in about 35 mins. It was a pleasant experience. more

routine cleaning & exam 8/25/2010

The Dentist and entire staff are great. They are always frindly & seem concerned about their patients. I have visited other Dentist because they were in my insurance network but always come back to Dr. Rechtin because I feel that they have my best interest at heart and the small difference I pay with the insurance is worth the piece of mind knowing I will be well taken care of. more

Family - Focused!!!! 8/18/2010

In the past going to the Dentist was such a big ordeal as I've had horrible experiences in the past. I was telling my sister about my last experience and how I just wished I did not have to go to the dentist at all. Needless to say, she told me about Rechtin Family and how customer service oriented they were and how her kids loved to go the dentist (Dr. Ted). As skeptical as I was I sent my husband and my children to go and they just simply enjoyed it. After a year, I finally decided to take a chance and I was so impressed with how technically advanced they are and just how friendly they are from the time I entered the office to literally when I leave the office. After years of trying different dentists I finally found a place that not only I LOVE to go, but my family loves it as well. The Icing on the cake is that we are able to schedule all our appointments together and within an hour we are back in our car on the way home. more

The doctor and staff were all very pleasant. They took the time to answer my questions and explain what procedures they were doing before they did them. They were also upfront about the cost of upcoming procedures. No guess work. more

Filling and Cleaning 8/13/2010

We love coming to see the staff and Dr. Rechtin. I have a huge fear of having teeth filled from previous bad experience. Dr is so calming and gentle and I did not even feel my shots. We love the staff who are always personable too. more

Your dental practice is the best, because your people are the best. The warmth and sincere personal interest from everyone are unique and refreshing in our increasingly cold and impersonal world. It is, of course, also important that you are all very capapble and professional. The friendliest people in the world may not necessarily be effective dental professionals, and so, it would ultimately not be desirable to sit in their chairs. i always look forward to sitting in yours, really !
