Last year the Worcester area experienced a tremendous, near-tornado like wind storm that uprooted my backyard tree causing damage to one side of my roof. Thank goodness that a RebuildEx work crew came to my rescue in their emergency service vehicle. They immediately patched my roof to minimize further damage. Naturally, I next contacted my insurance company for assistance on arranging permanent repairs to my home. When they confirmed RebuidEx had a great reputation, I hired them for my project. We had water damage on our ceilings in three rooms due to the ice storm. The bathroom ceiling needed to be partially replaced. We also had two different kinds of ceilings due to a recent addition ? the living room had a swirl ceiling and the kitchen, hallway, and stairway had a very large popcorn texture. Bob from RebuildEx surveyed the situation and reassured me that all room ceilings would look the same.\r About six men came to do the job. One reviewed the process with me while the others started moving the furniture actually out of the house. Before I knew it, the room was empty? even everything under the couches was picked up. l left my home in good hands.\r When I returned, the furniture was in its proper place, the house was nearly dust-free and most importantly, the ceilings were beautiful!!! Just wanted to express how pleased I am with the restoration work done to my home during a terrible storm. The entire lower section of my split-level home was flooded... it was a real mess. In January of this year, a very large picture window, measuring more than 12 feet by 12 feet and forming the exterior wall of our kitchen, was broken into many hundreds of fragments, exposing our house to the winter elements.\r RebuildEx came out the same day I called them, erected the necessary staging, and boarded up the open space. My mom recently had a fire which pretty much destroyed her house (she lives in Wellesley). Thank God she got out OK, but the house was trashed. I knew of Rebuildex and had her call them. They came right out and took care of the whole thing, working with the insurance co. and rebuilt the whole house and wow, it's much nicer than before.
