Unprofessional 8/6/2008

Go somewhere else to get your taxes done. I had a very bad and frustrating experience here and would not recommend using Reasy's. Bad service, bad communication, bad organization, bad everything. Pros: Thought he was a pro. Cons: He ended up being a con. more

Avoid at all costs!!! 10/26/2007

Needed to have my taxes done due to some family issues and tried this company. Turned out to be the worst decision. The office was empty when I showed up for my scheduled appointment. I called to double check my appointment and only got voicemail. I waited for a while, nobody showed up. Called back to reschedule and never heard anything back - ever. Wish I would have scheduled with a professional instead of a fly by night organization like this. Makes me wonder if my taxes would have be done correctly anyway - possibly a blessing in disguise... more

WORST TAX SERVICE 9/27/2007

Probably the worst tax person I've ever used. Not only is he lazy, he wasn't there to meet me at the scheduled time. I called and waited for 20 minutes like he said to wait, so I waited 35 minutes and he never showed. I rescheduled after several attempts to contact him (he never returned my calls) and he was there this time but during my meeting he kept taking phone calls and getting interupted by an associate to talk real estate. I felt like I wasn't welcome and it was a hassle for him to do my taxes and take my money. I will never return and suggest the same of others who value such an important service. LESS THAN 1 STAR. Cons: Shouldn't be in the service industry, no people skills more
