Real Leather

Same experience as Heather. Went there directly after coming from House of Harley for a part on my bike.\r \r Horrible customer service. Crappy leather. Most of the stuff is 2 sizes undersize from the label. I take a medium jacket on my 5'6 160 lb bottom and most of the jackets had to be either large or extra large\r \r I guess that is the sizes in pakistan where every single jacket they sell is from more

This store is not worth your time. The owner was the only available one to help me since her assistant took off when I came in and, she decided to sit on the phone for 45 minutes instead of helping me. It was a personal call! I heard the whole thing because, she was fairly loud. Then after she got off she helped me for all of 5 minutes and moved on to help the three guys that came in an hour after me. I then told her I had to pick up my kids from school and could she please call me to let me know if she could get the jacket I wanted. She gave me a dirty look and refused!!! I went in to buy a ladies jacket and leather pants and left with nothing because of her crappy work ethic. I will ride my motorcycle naked before I buy anything from her. I hope her store closes. I have no idea how it stays open now since she didn't want the $500 I had in my pocket that day. more

I ordered a jacket from this company back in April 2006. It was meant to be a birthday gift which was coming up in May. It's now January 2007 and I have yet to receive it. I called and was promised a call back and I have yet to get a call from ""Dave"". Every time that I call and ask for him, he's ""not in"" or it's ""his day off"". I e-mailed the company a few months ago and got a message from someone who said that the problem would be resolved. Are you kidding me? How can it be resolved when nobody calls you back? My experince with this company is horrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone! more
