this was my first visit to the office. my dentist was dr. bird..he was kind, gentle & caring. i truly appreciated his kind manner since like most people, visiting the dentist is not my favorite thing to do :) norma was very nice & extremely helpful...she made sure i knew exactly what would be covered by insurance (very important to me)! rachel was my dental assistant & she was kind & caring as well as knowledgeble. it is a very friendly office! more

Nice staff and office, excellent customer service, but, I feel that the doctors attention not with the patient but what is going on elsewhere. They need to turn off their ear pieces and pay attention to what is going on in front of them at the moment. Need to remember that not everyone is having major restorative at every visit and routine restorative also needs to be done and with the same amount of care and consideration. more

6 week cleaning 10/27/2011

Cleaning went through smoothly! I also purchased a Sonicare toothbrush and it works quite well. Becky told me exactly how it worked, and I was amazed at the knowledge she gave me--truly outstanding. more

I love going to the dentist now. I enjoy everything from the lobby to the massage chairs, and TV. Oh, and getting my teeth properly done is great too! I love this place! more

Got my teeth cleaned and crown back on at this appointment! They made sure to schedule me for a time around my work. We are always treated with the most professional and friendly service, and I told the ladies that I actually look forward to coming to the dentist and leave in a good mood! Attitude is contagious! Thank-you for cutting edge treatment, AND a staff that has the whole person in mind! more

Becky was her usual cheerful, helpful, informative self. She always gives me verbal update re: any changes, problems. My dental health has improved markedly in the last year, and cost of my visit (without insurance) was much less than I anticipated. All good!!! more

Although I am always nervous to go to the dentist, it is not because Dr. Reading has hurt me. I had some bad experiences with dentists as I was growing up. Dr. Reading and his staff have always been very professional and helpful. They take care of my anxiety and find a way to relax me. I have never experienced pain and the staff and Dr. Reading always show concern to me because the understand how I feel. Thanks for that. more

Best Cleaning Ever! ;) 10/21/2011

I had the most pleasant experience I've ever had getting my teeth cleaned. Connie was very gentle and sympathetic to my gag reflex lol. After a couple of years without a dentist I was very leery of getting a cleaning. The tv's also took my mind off of the procedure. Great job Dr. Reading as far as hour staff's hospitality and professionalism. Wendy was also very helpful with the billing issues as well. I have been referring all of my Friends and Family to your office. Thanks again for making me a life long patient. ;) more

My only problem is that I wasn't asked if I wanted to change dentists and Dr. Reading hasn't seen me in my last two visits. I would have liked to have been given a choice. Maybe they don't need my business. more
