As a owner of a rental house, I am very disappointed at the property manager, Lavonne Foster. She does not do her job as a property manager. She is neglectful towards any problems. Instead of fixing the problem she just lets the situation get worse, and then refuses to own up to her mistakes. Because of her we have lost so much money and investment that is badly needed. If we had known earlier that the situation was this bad, we would have switched property managers right away. more

RUN AWAY!!!! 9/5/2007

Realitor will not return your phone calls (esp. Lavonne Foster). Not prompt service for break downs. I was left in the middle of a snow storm with a broken heater and was offered two small (less than one foot in combined length) space heaters to heat my apartment. My apartment flooded due to a split washer hose and I had to argue for over a month to be reimbursed for the water bill and was originally told I would have to pay for it. The contractors that came in to fix the leak broke one of my dressers and property manager Foster REFUSED to replace it, stating that it was my responsibility even though I had nothing to do with selecting the contractors. When I went to move out I was charged for things that I listed on the move in/move out as being wrong (ie-I listed a window as being cracked but was still charged), and I was also charged for not having blinds in one room, despite the fact that NO rooms had blinds in them when I moved in and I purchased and left them for all but that one room. When I tried to contact the property manager about issues I was constantly disrespected and talked down to. However, do not expect a response unless you go down to the office in person. I attempted to call about the deposit issue and ended up calling 5 times a day with no resonse or call back. I also did not receive prompt call backs about when my apartment flooded. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE if you value your sanity and money. Pros: Cheap rent Cons: The worst custmer service you will ever receive more
