Re-Bath

We were connected with several individuals during the process of using Re-Bath. At the floor rooms, where we went to check out our options and possibilities and get acquainted with Re-Bath, our experience was very positive. We were especially pleased with the experience we had with the gentleman who came to the house to show us all the different options and to get our order. It was a very pleasant experience. Certainly the person who installed everything was very profession and thorough as well. We did have a very unfortunate situation occur. One of the connectors was faulty, and we had to contact Re-Bath because our living room was flooded. We were actually out of the country when it happened, and it has taken us a month to get over everything, but Re-Bath is in the process of covering all the damage. Our installer had never had this happen to him, but he said it was entirely his fault. It was just a human error, but he owned up to it completely, and they are covering all damage. We are all human, and we did not let that color our positive evaluation of Re-Bath. more

Re-Bath installed a tub with jets for me. I looked into getting a tub installed after I had back surgery and fell and broke my leg. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did. The young men installed my tub perfectly, and cleaned up after they were done. I am thrilled to death with both the installation and the tub itself. It feels great to get in and out without any aches or pains. I can't say anything wrong about the tub, or the sales people, at Re-Bath. The experience could not have been better. I called to have Re-Bath come out and look at my bathroom. They brought a sample of the materials. I was shopping around with other companies as well, but I felt that Re-Bath had the best quality material. They were more willing to help me and gave me good advice as to some things that I picked out that weren't necessary. I was very pleased with the process. The installation was very good. There was just one person, and he did a wonderful job. I really love it. If you are really serious about redoing your bathroom, you need to talk to them and look at what they have to offer. more
