I went in for an appointment at Razmataz, the stylist who I was assigned to was very rude. Her name was Julissa, when I asked for a certain style, she proceeded to cut it the way she WANTED, without my input. I was not unaware of this because she said, she would cut it the way I wanted it even though she strongly disagreed with it. If you are thinking about going to Razmataz, I would not reccomend getting Julissa! Not only is she a bad stylish but she unprofessional with a poor attitude! more

Laura is the best 3/30/2011

I have unruly curly hair that is difficult for me to manage and to keep looking great. I've spent years trying to find someone who understands my hair and my needs. Laura Atkinson is it. I have unbelievably smooth hair, the hair cut is perfect for my face. It's the first time I've felt good about my hair. I'm so happy with what she has done for me. I'll never go any place else! I'm getting married this summer and I'm have her do my wedding makeup too! more

After using several different salons in town, I've settled on Razmataz - Aimee Cruz takes really good care of me. My hair has not looked this good in 25 years! Pros: Friendly, comfortable, cheery setting more

My hair always looks beautiful when I leave Razmataz! 6/10/2010

Ashley has been my stylist for 6 years. I always walk out with a great color and cut. She takes care to not dry or burn my hair and keeps it fun and funky. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my color or cut. I like to change my color frequently and we spend time picking the colors I want but she is realistic regarding what can be done without causing damage to my hair. People ask me frequently ""Who does your hair"" and I am proud to say, ""Ashley at Ramataz, downtown Georgetown"". I've tried trendy salons in Austin but no one has ever listened to what I WANT except her. Keep up the good work Ashley and thank you Rachel for a great salon! Pros: Ashley is a great colorist. more

Wonderful service, beautiful salon 6/8/2010

Rachel Smith (owner) has been my stylist since she moved to Georgetown several years ago. When she opened Razmataz, I knew it would be the wonderful success it has been because of her skill as a stylist and her experience in several salons. She knows what it takes to make a salon a place where her clients are well served. She gives the best haircuts I've ever had, and I have always been quick to recommend her services. Bad haircut and color - Don't go 5/26/2009

will never go back 4/14/2009

I went in with a picture of what I wanted and came out looking totally different then what I expected. The stylist ended up cutting off about 8-9 inches of hair and gave me the worst haircut I've ever had. She just kept cutting and cutting. It looked nothing like the picture. I went home and discovered that the back of my hair was lopsided and choppy. I had to go to another salon and have them fix the mess. I ended up spending way to much money that day. I should have gone back and made them fix it but I was afraid it would have been messed up even more. Do not go to this salon..you've been warned. more

I have really long hair and just wanted a trim all my stylist wanted to do is chop it off and acted like it was a crime to have such long hair. She did cut my hair too short and the trust is gone. will never go back again more

Excellent customer service! 7/1/2008

Kim at Razmataz created a stunning updo hairstyle for me for my wedding, and I received compliments on it throughout the entire day. Not only was she a pleasure to work with, visiting the salon was a positive experience overall, including great customer service and a comfortable, beautiful interior. The best part? Kim was able to understand my attempts at describing what I wanted, and I ended up feeling and looking beautiful on my wedding day! more
