Im a 16 year old dude and this was the first time I had ever got my ear pierced. A kid at work had recommended the store to me so I took him up on it and checked it out. I walked in, and told the guy at the desk that I wanted to get my ear pierced. He called for Wes (the piercer), who checked my I.D. to make sure i was 16. I filled out a waiver and was called into a room for the piercing. I sat down, wes made a dot on my ear lobe, and then took the sanitized 10 gauge needle (size I requested) and pierced my left ear. It hurt a little: however, Wes asked about the pain and if I was of any discomfort. Wes then took an earing, that he had sprayed some solution on, and put it through. He gave me a short breifing on how to take care of it, and i paid and was on my way. Everything was clean, precise, and right to the point. One could tell they were truly pros. When I get my other one pierced, i am definatly going to Raz-Ma-Taz.
