Buyer beware: We had some cracked lids on our septic tank replaced and they left the old lids in our yard. It took weeks (and a complaint to the BBB) before anyone would call us back and we were told that removing the old lids is not part of the job. When we hired them we thought they would actually complete the work and remove the old lids. more

I,ve used Ray's for @ least 10 years & have nothing to say but good. Only thing is He is so busy that you may have to wait because of His price is so good. I will continue to only call Ray,s. more

Ray's is the cheapest around. Weekly uncovered price is 125 and that's way below what others charge and on the weekends its $160 uncovered and that's still below what others would charge on the weekends.... I would recommend them they were very nice to me and had cheap price for the same job the others do for $200 more

Buyer Beware! I called Ray's and the driver pumped half my tank and said he couldn't get the rest as it was too compact. I called another company the SAME DAY and they had no problem pumping the rest of my tank out. This was in September of 2012. Either the driver was incompetent or it was a flat out SCAM. more

Ray's septic tank service 1/26/2010

William came out from Ray's to pump our septic tank today. I had already dug the cover myself and they pumped out the inlet side for $110, which is well below what other local contractors charge. William was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend Ray's and will use them in the future. Pros: Great service, excellent prices more
