I've been satisfied with the work he's done. 10/30/2013

I've had my car serviced at Ray's OK Services Inc. several times over the past two years and it's always been good. I was satisfied with the work he did. I just take the car in, he works on it and gets it done quickly, and I've had no problems with the end outcome. I've had my vehicle tuned-up there and I've had my brakes done. He has good service. more

Ray's OK Services Inc. is great. I've been asking for Dave specifically for the ten years I have been going. He has been PHENOMENAL. Maybe they're not the best rates in the city, but I can trust that they won't fix something that doesn't need fixing. My son took his car in when another mechanic elsewhere had told him he needed a new water pump. Dave let us know that it was actually a different problem, and that we wouldn't really need a whole new pump. That was great. I trust this place. more

Excellent, honest service . 9/11/2013

Ray's OK Services Inc. does general maintenance on both of our vehicles. They've also had to do tire changes and oil changes and I've had to have the head gasket changed on one of the cars. They're very easy to work with. They're very thorough and efficient in the work done. I haven't had any negative experiences at all with the services they've done. We've probably been going there for about five years. I feel like I trust what they're saying and the work that they're doing more so than other places I've been. I've never felt like they're misleading me in any way. more

Any time we've gone to Ray's OK Services Inc, we've gotten good service. We trust their word and really appreciate their capability! Whenever we get new cars, we take them there to have them inspected and find that Ray's inspections are always spot on. more

They are extremely honest and trustworthy 7/1/2013

We trust Ray's OK Services with all our car repair needs. We've been a customer for probably 8 years. They are extremely honest and they know what they are doing. We started off bringing a Honda Civic and a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. They still take care of the Highlander but also now our Toyota Sienna. It's mostly maintenance: tire replacements, brakes, oil changes, etc. Basically any of our mileage-based services, we take the cars in for that. They won't make unnecessary repairs and they always tell us exactly what needs to be done. more

Have always had excellent service, and outstanding peace of mind, knowing what was fixed needed to be fixed. I've never felt any repair was undertaken if it didn't need to be done. I've recommended them to a number people, and they all have told me they were very satisfied. more

I've been going to Ray's since about 1988. They are wonderful, honest, and they will always try to give you the best deal they can. They are very knowledgeable about cars. Being a woman and being alone, I appreciate being able to go to someone that will be honest with me and try not to sell me something I don't need. Ray and Dave are both great and all of their employees are polite and friendly. more

Ray's OK Services is great. I have only had positive experiences with them. They don't degrade me as a woman who knows little about cars and they don't look for problems that are negligible or don't need fixing. They are there to help you and communicate the problems effectively BEFORE doing the work which I appreciate. Great service! more

A friend of mine recommended I go to Ray's. He was a customer for years and highly recommended them. I needed a place to trust. My am a widow and a perfect target for service places to take advantage of. These folks took excellent care of me. Not only did they find and fix the problem they educated me no it. So I am smart one more system in my vehicle. The price was so fair. I just can't say enough about how warm they were. They were so kind and friendly. I love this place!!! Thank you guys for making me feel good for once having my car taken care of and not having been taken advantage of. You guys should be very proud of the service you do for your community!! more

Ray's OK Services Inc is great! They've been nothing but great to me. I've been going to them for almost 18 years now. They've serviced almost all my cars, and if they can't service it, they're the first to tel lme they can't so I can take it somewhere else. If they've missed something, they'll fix it for free, and have done some little jobs at no charge. My only complaint is that they don't have loaner cars. My wife and I both work, but a lot of little shops don't have loaner cars. Dave Fowler more

I have been with Ray's OK Services for a long time. I would consider them to be honest and dependable. I know very little about cars, but I feel comfortable with them and know that I will get an honest quote and not worry about getting ripped off. My step-daughter had gotten a quote from another dealership and I had her take the car to Ray's and there actually was not any work that was absolutely necessary for the car. So she saved herself 400 dollars just by going to Ray's. more

I've been a customer of Ray's OK Services Inc. for about 8-9 years now. I think they are timely, and stick to the appointment they make with you so the wait time is generally what they tell you. Also, they will explain things to you if you don't know what's going on. They are great at troubleshooting if you have no idea what the issue is. The mechanics are proficient and not inexperienced at all, they know what they're doing and do it well. And they will never, never do any extra work without talking with you first. more

Although many car repair services tend to have the reputation of always trying to take advantage of their customers, with Ray's it's totally different. They were truly trustworthy and they were always willing to work with me. They gave me a lot of good advice and I have already recommended them to many others. more
