The Best! 4/11/2006

Ray's is just so good. The ice cream is incredibly tasty and they make it right there. They have a huge assortment of flavors and even some flavors for diet conscious people. They let you sample anything you want to make sure what you are ordering is what you want. They have INCREDIBLE sundaes and I believe they use Saunders hot fudge on the sundaes. The atmosphere is great inside. There aren't many seats inside, but there are a lot of benches outside where you can enjoy your treat. They give you SO MUCH ice cream that it's almost hard to finish. Definitely a lot for your money. They have really good seasonal ice creams like Lemon in the summer and Pumpkin during the fall. It's really a must try for anyone in the area. more

THIS PLACE LOOKS MODERN ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT WALKING INSIDE IS LIKE WALKING BACK INTO TIME TO THE 50'S! WHAT IS SO GREAT ABOUT THIS PLACE OTHER THAN THE WONDERFUL ICECCREAM IS THAT THEY MADE THEIR OWN ICE CREAM! THE PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH BUT YOU DO GET A LOT OF ICE CREAM AND IT IS WORTH IT! more

Best Ice Cream in the World! 8/19/2005

Well, the best I've tasted anyway! This is a family run, friendly business and they make all their ice cream homemade. Everything is fresh and natural, just fantastic. My favorites are the White House Cherry (vanilla ice cream with whole maraschino cherries), and pumpkin (real pumpkin, better than pumpkin pie!). They have seasonal flavors so be sure to head there year round so you don't miss out on any. The portions are HUGE but it is pretty pricey. It is so worth it though! They also make awesome malts, and the Sanders Hot Fudge Cream Puff is to die for! YUMMY!! more

always busy, but worth the wait 8/5/2005

Ray’s Ice Cream is the perfect place to go to in the evening after a long day at work (or school). You might have to wait in line for several minutes if it is during the summer, but the ice cream is definitely worth it. They have many flavors of regular and low fat ice cream and the portions are very generous. more
