Ray's Cleaners

I really like Ray's I have started to go there since 2011 and they have been great. Just two months ago I lost three rings that were my grandmothers and I was so upset becuase those were the last things I had from her. But it turned out that I placed them in my sport coat and left them in there. Anyway that sportcoat was at Rays while I was worrying. His sweet wife found them and gace them to me. I was so GLAD that they found them cause I bet if I took my sportcoat to another cleaners my rings would be gone like that! Spring 2011 and legal 10 I would not agree with you at allll. Because Legal10 maybe you did not see the stain why would they lie to you????? They just want to get the stain out and help you becuase they really do love all their customers. Maybe there was just a misunderstanding. I mean you might have liked that shirt but hey it happens, come it was one shirt and some cleaners do not even give a damn about there customers clothes OR the customers. Plus you have been there customer from the beginning and then this ONE problem comes up and you basically turn on them ... yup you are really loyal ( not really! :D). But Ray's is GREAT! They give me discounts all the time and I always get tootise rolls and mints from them. I have lead ALL MY FRIENDS TO THEM AND NO OTHER PLACE BECUASE THEY DESERVE IT. more

ray is really nice and he always gives me candy and gives me discounts and sometimes even FREE!!! stuff if you find someone else like this its probably ray in disguise. Also Amy his wife is very sweet and friendly and if you dont like his service what else could he probably give you a diamond ring? give me a break! Anyway amazing service i strongly recommend this place. more

I only used the services of Rays Cleaners once and will never go again. I brought a tablecloth, napkins and a wool sweater. A friend of mine did me a favor and picked up my drycleaning for me. Unfortunately, he did not look at how many items were on the ticket and was only given the tablecloth and napkins, no sweater. I promptly went back and explained that my sweater was not with my order. I did not have the receipt because it was turned in at the time the tablecloth was picked up, along with payment. Ray would not look for the store copy of the receipt. He told me that without my receipt I could not prove that there was a sweater with my order. I tried to be firm and explained that the sweater was missing but he promptly dismissed me, being extremely condescending and told me that I was wrong. I never stepped foot in that store again! (The only reason this rating has one star is because that is the minimum rating you can give. If it were up to me it would be minus zero!) more

I have been a customer of Ray's Cleaners since they opened for business several years ago, bringing my husband's shirts (before he retired) and my own dry cleaning to him on a very regular basis. I brought all by dry cleaning business to them and never used another dry cleaners. When my son lived at home, he also brought his dry cleaning to them regularly. more

There freindly honest good 2.99 each peice of dry cleaning and 1.25 for a shirt and they help you to your car and if they find money in your pocket they give it back BEST CLEANERS IN THE WORLD Pros: Best Cleaning in the world really more
