Yesterday I went to the nearby Raymour & Flanigan at Lawrenceville, NJ. I told the sale representative that I have a bed that is missing a mattress supporter and wonder if Raymour & Flangian would sell component of beds. In fact, I was interested at buying a new desk as well. However, the sale representative answered my questions in quite an impolite manner and he "advised" me to buy some woods at Home Depot to build my own bed! I found quite offended at that point and was very disappointed with that company. I think I will never purchase anything from them by now. more

Customer Service at its worst 5/6/2006

I always read reviews and I laugh at people who leave these horrible reviews. I think nothing could be that bad. Well today I am leaving a bad review. We bought a dining room set from Raymour and Flanigan. It was delivered and was in horrible repair. Their service tech could not repair it. I got a new set delivered again it as damaged! The regional manager is rude in dealing with the problem and offers little solutions. She does not pay much mind to the fact that they have been to my house 4 times and still it isn't right, all of my time wasted. All I want is a presentable dining room set. A breeze to shop here 3/25/2005

Can't say enough about shopping/purchasing experiences I've had while shopping here. The perofessional sales staff couldn't be more knwoledgable and more helpful. There was NO pressure to buy as in some stores. They're truly interested in making the customer feel at home and make the RIGHT (objective) decision for them and their family's needs. I was imprerssed with the quality and variety of products they had. What they didn't have on their showroom floor, they had in their catalogue. Special ordering is not the hassle it is in some stores. Doesn't take forever. Pros: quality products, knowledgable sales, good ethics/honesty more
