terrific experiences with Raymond Lee Jewelers 4/25/2012

I have had terrific experiences with Raymond Lee Jewelers. 2 years ago I proposed to my wife with a ring bought from Raymond Lee Jewelers. I had a 1.25ct diamond ring that was passed on through my family. I didn’t purchase anything from them, but I did go to them to resize my engagement ring. They were so helpful that it was surprising. The ring was resized perfectly I couldn’t even notice the difference, and timing was certainly not of an issue. Their jewelry is interesting, varied and price competitive. In my experiences with Raymond Lee Jewelers I have also found all the people who work there to be very helpful, and knowledgeable. more

It needed a resizing of a ring because I bought it online and I didn’t want to ship it back and forth to the jeweler I have bought it from, so I’ve searched online and found Raymond Lee Jewelers. I am very pleased with them, I never usually get lucky but I think I did when I clicked on their name in Google. The ring still looks amazing and it fits perfectly on my wife’s finger. Now I’m recommending them to everyone. more

Great, friendly, reliable service! They fixed my watch bracelet that broke after 13 yrs, they also did some small adjustments + cleaned it, so that my watch looks now better than ever. Great work more

Even after comparing prices and quality between other jewelers, they gave me the best price for my engagement ring without sacrificing the quality of the diamond. My fiancé is constantly amazed at the quality of the diamond and ring. I liked them a lot… and will certainly use them again in the future. more

I bought an engagement ring from Raymond Lee Jewelers and I was amazed by variety of choices I had and by an outstanding customer service. Unfortunately the ring I picked was too large for my fiancee’s finger. I went back to have it resized, the incredible customer service continued. I recently sold my gold Raymond Lee Jewelers. Friends recommend them as being the best and they were. I did an online quote and then sent my gold off special delivery on the Thursday. By Friday lunchtime I had an email confirming the value and when I checked my bank account the money was there. Very impressive and so easy. Will definitely recommend them to everyone. more

the best i found 1/5/2012

I went to a bunch of different jewelers and felt completely uncomfortable. I was not going to be forced into a purchase of an overpriced diamond. I decided to shop online that’s how I came across Raymond Lee Jewelers website. Turned out to be an excellent idea, and that's why I'm posting up here as well. I found on their eBay page the most amazing piece of jewelry designed by Tiffany’s & CO. Very good quality diamond and superb craftsmanship. more

Use with confidence 12/21/2011

My husband always wanted a Rolex watch but I know he will never buy one for himself, so a couple of months ago I have decided to start saving money in order to buy him a Rolex for his birthday (on 9 December). The staff over Raymond Lee Jewelers was simply amazing, although I tried my best my budget was not that high so I asked Raymond Lee Jewelers for a loan leaving a gold bracelet I had bought a few years ago. I know my husband had no idea about my diabolical plan and when he saw the watch he got knocked out by my surprise and promised he would get even. For the professional way they handled me and for the way they were able to help me I will definitely recommended this company. more

I worked in the jewelry industry for 2 yrs. and I know how some repairmen are. They will do what you requested, but won't do a clean job.... but with Raymond Lee Jewelers my jewelry came up perfect! And the price asked for all the work done was very reasonable. more

Since the day that I took the first step into Raymond Lee store, I’ve never looked at a piece of jewelry the same. It was my first diamond ring, which I bought. At the beginning I was insecure; my knowledge was rather limited when it came to diamonds. The staff was kind, patience and explained all about diamonds: characteristics, form, cut, clarity. I’m more than satisfied! I’ll always trust Raymond Lee store. more
