What a disappointment! Raylen's customer service manager, I think her name is Susan, has a smart mouth and is not a very friendly person. When my friends and I went for a visit and sample a few selections, she was condescending and acted like she had something better to do with her time. We cut our visit short b/c the service was so poor. The wine was OK, but with that type of customer care or lack thereof, I am surprised Raylen is still in business.
Needless to say, I feel badly for the owners of the vineyard b/c they seem to be extraordinarily nice people. My friends and I were disappointed with the treatment we received and won't be going back to Raylen in the future.
