Everyone was friendly, I was helped as soon as I drove in the door. Oil Change and filters replaced plus washed in about 45 minutes. Very clean.

Worst

I went in to get my car serviced for 25000 miles and was told that I had a small hole in my tire. The service advisor told me that I would need a new tire and gave me the price. I...

They have never pushed me to have anything done unless ur was really needed. I never have to go outside to pick up my car and they will wash my windows if I need then to. I'm very short and can't reach them. more

Goodyear Store is 2 blocks away and they offer LOF for 22.95; I drive 35 minutes each way and pay 29.95 to go to Hyundai for service. Enough said! more

Poor customer service 2/5/2015

I went in to get my car serviced for 25000 miles and was told that I had a small hole in my tire. The service advisor told me that I would need a new tire and gave me the price. I told him that I couldn't afford that right now so he said, condescendingly, that he wouldn't plug the tire since I wasn't purchasing a new tire. Not that it wasn't reparable but that he wouldn't repair it. Thank God for Discount Tire down the street because they did repair it and they did it for free because they were sorry for the bad service I'd received at Ray Skillman Hyundai Southside. Brian Carpenter in your service department could learn a thing or two about customer service from them. more
