DO NOT use this company. They lock you into a contract then they do not follow through with the job they promise to do. I had to hire another company after my second visit from Ray's Pest Control, my attic was infested with mice that had came down through my closet & ruined all of my clothes, but they still made me pay the full contract. Horrible customer service skills!! more

I own 5 houses that at some time or other this company has been called about pest control and they have rarely let me down. We are having a really bad ant problem at one home and they are returning to make things right. I have never had a complaint about their service. All their people are super nice and the young man explains what he is doing, what we can do, and to call back if problem isn't solved. THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE WITH A GOOD SERVICE more

The women who work in the business office are Terrible!!! I called several months ago to get the $40.00 special and they come several times a year. Well then I received a bill for $125.00, so I called and talked to her about it, that they had charged me for a one time service and that I wanted someone to come out several times a year, if she could change it and have them come more then.... She called me a Liar and that she had put it in for a one time service, because she said that is what I told her, all the time she is SCREAMING AT ME!!!!! Then they turned it in on my credit report!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Recently had them out for quarterly residential service. Friendly, knowledgeable technician. Even knocked down cobwebs on exterior of my home. Would recommend to anyone looking for pest control services. more

All I have to say is WOW! I Highly Recommend this company!! Their employees were up front and honest and did a fantastic job taking care of my termites. I do not believe you could find a better local company. I have them take care of everything now and it is good knowing they are licensed to handle all pests so I only have one call to make if there is a problem with anything including wild life. They will treat you right. more

Terrible service 6/28/2007

Do not use this company! My late husband and I used them for years, and were happy with the service, but when the original owner passed away, his son took over. The son was confrontational, acted like my complaints were bothering him, and would not honor his termite contract with us. Plus, his employee's were lazy, and arrogant, except for the technician that serviced inside my home. When she left to start her own business, I went with her, and am completely satisfied. more

    We have two tenured pest control technicians who have been with the company for many years, including the 2008 technician of the year, on our staff who provide training to our newer staff and assistance to our customers.

    At Ray Pest Control, we provide environmentally responsible pest management to Winston Salem, Kernersville, Greensboro and surrounding ares.

    We provide integrated pest management practices on a daily basis. Integrated pest management involves evaluating and taking action on all potential contributing factors that may cause a pest problem.
