It was great doing business with the crew at Ray-Laks. Bob was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a true gentleman! In general, the gang makes the customer feel as a family member. Everyone I've had contact with, couldn't do a better job. My very first encounter was for service with Zach a few years ago "plus", I've been a Ray-Laks customer since. He treated me like a movie star as I mentioned before all the associates are fantastic. more

as usual excellant service, staff is great and skilled at their position, Tiffany does a great job, has helpful suggestions and is someone you can trust/ the techs always so a fine job and for the past 8 plus years I have never had a complaint nor have others I have sent to buy and service their Acura's, in fact two of my friends just bought their 2nd Acura's --keep up the great work and staff more
