For the past several months my husband and I have been discussing purchasing a new car but have been hesitant due to the economy and also due to our current financial insecurities. I have been promoted at my current job and I really needed something reliable to get me back and forth to work. We finally made the decision to go talk to a dealer to see what our options were, and if we were even eligible. We had purchased a vehicle at Ray Chevrolet years ago and it was nothing but a positive experience ,so that's where we headed. Ken George met us outside the front door and immediately made us feel comfortable. We came in on an extremely busy Saturday morning and Ken took the time to explain each step of our purchase and we are very grateful for that. We have dealt with other dealers in the past (many full of intimidating/cocky salesman) and Ken George couldn't have been any further from that! I would like to take a minute to share my experience with Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake. I was a happy owner of a Chevy Tahoe when I needed some minor repairs done ( due to wear and tear ). I happened to call the aforementioned dealership just to ask a few questions about my warranty when I was put into contact with George Gigovski. That was it! George was very professional and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Because of call I made my way to his dealership from Chicago and everything was taken care of smoothly. He and his staff made my experience great and even gave my truck back looking brand new!! Because of that experience I then purchased a Chevy Malibu from George and I cannot say enough about the guy.
