Office is mismanaged. It is hard to get an appointment with a doctor of choice. They make it hard to get a doctor to contact you back if you have questions. They do not allow prescription refills on certain days especially Fridays. Doctors normally do not counsel their office for mismanagement, instead they counsel you for reporting. Their resolution... find another kidney specialist group in El Paso... because they can! Cons: 4 counts drawback more
