Now located @ 727 W. Lancaster Blvd. I ordered a suit and shoes that had to be dyed for an out of town event. Price for suit initially quoted was $80.00 higher than their own website and $100.00 higher than another website. HUGE RED FLAG which I ignored.
Suit arrived looking like someone had slept in it and had obvious defects. Their attempt to ""steam it"" resulted in damp spots. I refused to accept it. They have a ""No Return, No Exchange"" policy. After a bit of heated discussion I was allowed to exchange it for another suit, though there were attempts to steer me toward lesser quality merchandise, and I initially was given a lower quality skirt that did not match the jacket which was exchanged without incident. I was told on January 19, 2012, the date of my purchase, that my shoes would be dyed in 7 to 10 days.
January 30, 2012, 11 days later, I received an email stating the shoes would be available before February 11, 2012 as ""I had told them."" ""WTH"", I had told her ""as soon as possible.""
Today is February 11, 2012. Called on 02/10/12 and was initially given a 2/16/12 arrival date for my shoes. Spoke to manager who after being informed I had a 7:45 flight on 2/15/12 told me they would arrive on 2/14/12.
Instead of addressing their failure to deliver merchandise already paid for they have repeatedly attempted to collect on other items I supposedly ""special ordered"" ""custom ordered"" that I categorically deny doing so.
The place is overrun with what I consider kids. The fitting room also is the restroom.
Their methods are reflected in their BBB ratings which I should have checked before my purchase.
Do not make the same mistake I did. This business will say and do anything to get your money, keep it and attempt to get more.
