we decided to replace tile in our kitchen and bathrooms but we had a ton of questions. We talked to Carpet One staff and they patiently explained all our options. They have experience working with all types of flooring and were able to advise us on pros and cons of everything, from cork to tile. they allowed us to take a bunch of samples home so we could see how things would actually look in our place. They came out to our place and took the time to measure everything out and prepare us for the scope of the project. The estimate we received was comprehensive and accurate to the last detail. Finally, the installation was scheduled and the installer too was great. He was very professional with a lot of experience and made sure that everything was perfect. We are very happy with Carpet one and we LOVE our new tile.
