Very Satisfied 9/1/2011

After three weeks of trying to get action from my insurance company (and watching the water damage in my house get worse every day) a friend referred me to Rapid Restoration. What a difference. Dave came right away to assess the damage and within a day, we were cracking on solutions. The guys were pleasant to work with and they were respectful to me as the homeowner. THANK YOU! more

Wonderful Job 8/5/2011

These guys came to my rescue when I realized that I had recieved some water damage from a heavy rain storm the previous evening. Dave came to asses the damage right away and was quick to find the issue. Once the issue was fixed and the walls were dried out, they repaired the walls. They now look as if they were never changed! I cannot thank this group of people enough! more

Rapid restoration was able to dryout my basement without creating inconveniences. They also handled subcontractors and details for the insurance company. Great Service 5/29/2011

Rapid Restoration was spectacular. They got our house back to normal after damage received from an ice dam. They explained the process clearly and continually communicated with us in regards to what they were doing and why. They got our house put back to normal very quickly. The staff was courteous and helpful and they turned a bad situation into a very positive experience. We would highly recommend their services. more

Great work! House back to normal and insurance co handled 5/22/2011

Rapid Restoration did a terrific job for us! At 5:00am Sunday morning, we had an unexpected water leak on our main floor that went down through the basement ceiling. Dave Gates from Rapid came to our house within 1 hour of our call. His crew members arrived shortly after and set up blowers to dry the carpet, ceiling and wall where the leak occurred. Dave and his team's fast action was able to save most everything. The ceiling was the main repair/replacement and they did a professional knockdown and painting job. Dave and his team made all the repairs and got us back to normal within a week.\r Dave was also instrumental in dealing with our insurance company to ensure we were reimbursed fully.\r Rapid Restoration did a great work for us, were reliable and we would recommend them to anyone. more

Quick, Professional and Least Disruptive 5/8/2011

Rapid Restoration was the first to respond to my request to assess the water damage in my basement. They gave very detail explanation of their capabilities and why their high end extracting equipment was the best to get the water out of the carpeting and pad. This process would be the least disruptive for us, since we don't have to move everything out of the basement to rip out the carpeting and padding (as suggested by the other companies). They were also very patient with our many questions and worked with us very closely to get our house back to normal. We will work with them again for future projects. more

I have used Rapid Restoration for water damage in my house twice. Both times, they worked quickly and professionally to resolve the issue. They also worked directly with the insurance adjuster to make the claim and ensure payment. more

Using Rapid Restoration is stress free! 4/28/2011

When I was gone out of the country for 2 weeks, I gave Rapid Restoration's contact information to my 3 tenants (I have 3 rental properties), so that in case anything happened where they needed emergency repairs, they could call. This helped me relax more on my vacation (it is rare that I relax, and I needed it!) \r \r Lo and behold, an ice dam caused water leakage into one of my tenant's bedrooms around the window. It was dripping so much that he had buckets of water to catch it. I was out of the country but Rapid Restoration was there that same day, removing the ice dam and starting the repair of the walls. \r \r I have been using them for about 3 years and this is just one experience where they were there for me, and because of that, I know I don't have to stress as much.\r \r Thank you Rapid Restoration! I appreciate the work you have done for me. more

Quick service, quality work 4/28/2011

I have dealt mostly with Dave at Rapid Restoration, in fact, he is now on my speed dial on my cell phone because it seems like lots of disasters happen at my rental properties! If it isn't one thing, its another, sometimes when it rains, it pours!! more
