Urgent care...doesnt that mean they are there for you when you need them? well, these jokers sure arent'. twice just this year i have had to go down the street to a ""real"" urge...

Wonderful Dr. and Staff 3/22/2011

Dr. Keith spent alot of time finding out what was wrong with me, he is the most personable Dr. I have ever been to. He took is time and listened to what I said. Both times I have been, it was very quick no longer than 10 minute wait. Yes the place could have some updates, but I dont go to the Dr because I like their paint or wallpaper, i go there because he is the best Dr I have met. I will continue to go there and take my family there. Thank you Dr Keith for being such a great dr. more

Excellent physician and pleasant staff 11/3/2009

Dr. Keith spent a great deal of time with me trying to find the cause of my persistent symptoms. He found out what was causing my problem and successfully treated me when no other doctor would take the time and listen to what I was saying. He discounted my bill, too, because I lost my job recently. I have been to him many times over the years and will keep on seeing him. He's a great doctor, and a kind person. Pros: Smart doctor who takes time to listen more

Great urgent care 7/22/2008

Pleasant staff from the front to the back. "" Rapid Response "" lives up to its name in spite of numerous people in waiting room I was still seen promptly. Caring and competent clinical staff. I will be back to this pratice!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: fast service, competent staff Cons: building could use some updates more

this is NOT a real doctor's office 5/14/2008

Urgent care...doesnt that mean they are there for you when you need them? well, these jokers sure arent'. twice just this year i have had to go down the street to a ""real"" urgent care with physicians who actually care. the place is run down, the doctor who owns it - i think - works more in the front on the plants than on his patients- is he really a doctor...of what I wander? when i do get it I get the PA anyway - and even she said she wont be around long. go somewhere else, there are many better alternatives Pros: if there's no one else waiting the visit is quick Cons: if there's no one else waiting, you wonder why more
