Horrible experience and I didn't even see a doctor!! Having an appointment means nothing to these people. You will still wait hours! I was a new patient and showed up prior to my appt time. No one was at the receptionist desk. I waited 30 minutes before I was called to the back to settle my co-pay just to be sent back out to fill out paperwork no one gave me in the first place. An hour later, I was placed in a room. No one spoke to me, they were very rude. I sat in the room and waited an hour before a nurse came in to get my vitals. She stated that because I was a new patient, they couldn't just treat my sinus infection, I had to have blood drawn and tests done. Needless to say, I walked out of there, demanded my money back and never saw a Dr. I went to NextCare urgent care right after leaving Rapha and was in and out in 45 minutes!! more

This place sucks i went in 11/19/2010@ 11:15am most of the Dr's and staff was gone before they got done with me, his diagnoses was all off, i know i already had naseau, and an earache, my sore throat was not addressed, my migraine headache was off the charts and not even given any attention, they did bloodwork no results given throat cultures nothing, i hadn't eaten anything since 10am i am diabetic sugar was up, they never came back to check after sitting there all them hours not eating getting weak and exhausted, was not even given the refills for my actose, i hate this place they should be shut down of they need to send someone in there secretly to see how ppl are treated the dr's spend more time outside the rm then they do in the rm, Dr Andy i love him the first dr i seen there was Dr. Udo he sucks, he started this hell when he saw me yesterday he opened the door and walked out the rm and then i waitied a whole hour for dr alexander to open the door who onlye spent a whole 15mins with me the whole time i was in the back from 1pm-5:18pm. I am still sick feeling worse am going to cape fear valley er and i will let the insurance know to look carefully into what they charged for the visit!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE unless you do not care about your health more

there is no use making appointments! after checking in you wait for about 30 minutes to sign some paperwork then wait about an hour to go to the back where you wait anywhere from another hour to an hour and a half before anyone checks in on you. this place is just horrible and not worth the time. you'll get faster service at an emergency room. more

The only thing I have to say is rude front desk people. if you like sitting around for 1 or 2 hours before you even get checked in then this is your place! If you like sitting in a back cold room for another 30 or 40 minutes then this is your place! If you like 5 or ten minute doctor visits after waiting for 2 or 3 hours then this is your place!\r If you have all the time in the world, like bad customer service and don't need a good diagnosis of why you went there then BY ALL MEANS THIS IS YOUR PLACE! This place is very disappointing. The staff is unprofessional and the wait time from lobby to the doctor's visit is relentless. I have always spent a minimum of two hours waiting to be seen by the doctor only to be seen for five to ten minutes. I have high bld pressure and needed to get a prescription refill, the doctor was suppose to call in my prescription. I called CVS five times that day and they told me they did not receive the call. Bathrooms were unsanitary and the atmosphere was very tense. Don't get it wrong, they will collect their money you can be sure of that. The accountant there is a lady and she constantly sends out false invoices claiming that they were from dates earlier in the year. Since I do not keep records of appointments from way back it is easy to sneak in a 25 dollar charge here and there. This happened to me, one particular instance they took so long that I did not see the doctor; I left and demanded my refund that same day. Two months later. This lady sends me a bill for 25 dollars. I told her to explain to me the bill then she claims other visits from two years ago. Which does not make sense, and then she gets to the bill in question. She said that the doctor wrote me in as having the visit with him, now three things...1) either the doctor is a liar and needs that 25 dollars, 2) she is cooking the books to make up for the lack of patients who are going some where else, or 3) I am just making this up and taking time from my work day to type this. I think one and two coincides with each other. You be the judge. By the way when I was on the phone she stated, ""Oh and you owe 50 dollars total"". I said wait a minute, the bill said 25 dollars and you stated 25 earlier on the phone. She said, “I don't know, but your going to have to pay the 50 dollars"". At that time I just hung up because she did not sound like she was credible on anything that she was saying. I am going to report them and suggest that someone audit them because they are ripping people off. NO RAPHA PRIMARY CARE FOR ME Cons: Staff, Dr's, Customer service. Go see for yourself more

very unorganized...they register you then make you wait..they bring you back to a room...they make you wait some more...you're seen by the doctor and if you need a prescription you have to go out to the waiting are and wait some more. They are quick to take your payment once your registered so you're then forced to sit there all those hours because you ALREADY paid! On average everytime you go whether with an appointment or not you're there at least 2.5 - 3 hours and you see the doctor for less than 10 minutes. more

I waited for two hours and didn't even get my bloodpressure taken before I walked out. I had an appointment and had things to do, I couldn't sit around waiting. If I wanted to wait, I would have gone to the hospital. Do not waste your time on these people. Pros: Nice building, and the waiting room chairs are comfortable since you'll need it Cons: Having an appointment doesn't mean anything to these people. more
