Let me start by saying I don't like doctors. No offense to any doctors out there, my Father in law is a doctor, but I have a very hard time being comfortable with doctors in general. Dr. Rao is different from any doctor I've ever met.
I had just moved to the area and needed an OB. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Rao so I scheduled an appointment. His staff were so polite and helpful; they even helped me find his office when I called them on the phone, lost!
Dr. Rao took his time and talked with me, in his office, about all my concerns before we even stepped into the exam room. His manner is warm and friendly and he is quite knowledgeable about all the fears and concerns of an expectant mother. I felt so comfortable with him that I even called him to ask a few questions, something I had never done with any other doctor. I'm so glad I met this great doctor.
