seem very reasonable 6/9/2010

Just found them on the internet.....had a transmission leak and it was just loose bolts which they tightened at no charge....probably would have been $700 dollars at the dealer! Very reasonable on a few other things I had done, especially sandblasting the old dingy head light cover. more

Randy's Automotive is the BEST!! 9/30/2009

Great auto repair find right off of I-75. Honest and do wonderful work for fair prices. Been using them for many years, through two Caddies and now my Park Avenue. They NEVER try to sell you more than you really need at the moment but check everything out every time and tell you what you will be needing or just need to be watching out for. more

Honest, Fair, Exceptional 8/9/2005

Having utilized Randy's services since the mid-80's I feel well qualified to express my feelings for this auto repair facility. There is no comparison with a dealer, nor with any other shop in metro Atlanta. Fair and honest dealings with everyone. Specialist in Cadillac care and repair with well informed mechanics and support personnel. Helpful with any problem or question you might have regarding your Cadillac, even though the answer might mean you don't need a repair, only advice. Never any pressure to spend. Never "up-sell". Always treat the customer with the utmost respect. I very highly recommend Randy's to anyone outside factory warranty, and have been known to have Randy perform early repair because his shop is so much more efficient than the local dealers. Try it once and you too will be a believer. PROS: Honest, Fair, Dependable, Integrity CONS: None more
