I started in 1987, as a staff appraiser for Great Western Bank in Torrance, CA. I became an independent appraiser in 1992. At this time I also became licensed in The State of California as a certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. I am also approved to do FHA appraisals. I have appraised many high end properties including some celebrity owned homes.
