Hired Randy's company for plowing this winter. There were frequently times when the plow was not there before I left for work (7:30), and we were told when we hired him that we would be plowed by 6:30am. There were also times when it was not plowed when we came home from work - getting ahold of them to ask about it is difficult, as the line is frequently busy (cannot leave a message either, have to keep calling). \r

Finally, one day we had NINE INCHES of snow built up in the driveway after getting home from work (more than twice the amount in our contract to initiate the plowing). I could not get up my driveway in my sedan that has good new snow tires, as it was above the wheels (but we pay hundreds a season for a plow?). It was a mess. I called for 30 minutes - always busy. So, I wrote an email and said I had 9 inches, can't get in my driveway, and that my husband will be home from work soon and won't be able to get up the driveway. \r

RANDY HIMSELF called my cell (from a different number than listed on their website) and, without even introducing himself, started SCREAMING at me (I have never spoken to him in my life - my husband hired him). He yelled that they make NO promises as to when they plow and will make the decision regarding how many inches qualify (contract says 4, which I still think is high since all plow companies I have used in other cities are three). He said ""I am calling my plow driver, and he will take the stakes from your driveway and never plow your driveway again!"". It was very unsettling and belligerent, not to mention a serious overreaction to a legitimate customer service complaint. \r

The services were mediocre, at best, unreliable, and he owner is very rude and disrespectful to his customers. Who calls women and starts screaming at the top of their lungs as soon as he hears a ""hello""? \r

Stay away! There are better landscapers and CERTAINLY better plow companies!
