Absolutely the best. Randstad didn't waste my time, they were very attentive to my needs as they tailored job searches just for me and my resume, and had wonderful attitudes about it also. I could call anytime I needed to and they would be avalible to talk about any issue I had. I've had wonderful assignments thru Randstad, (Lonnie, Michelle, YOUR THE BEST!!) and on my last temp assignment I was offered the position permanent with the State of Arizona. If it were not for Randstad, this opportunity would not have become avalible to me! I HIGHLY recommend them to you-- they will take care of you! Trust me! I know!! more

My company was in need of several employees both here in Phoenix as well as in our Tucson office. I got the five star service we were promised. I was a lil skeptical as to if they could really pull this one off because of the number of employees we were needing and such short notice, but the confidence these people had, and the not to worry everyone will be there attitude was phenominal! Lonnie assured us they all would be there first thing in the morning and as someone called in they had another person waiting in the wings as a replacement! Awesome!! Kudos on the Tucson office as well, I got the same treatment and the manager even showed up on site to greet our people and to make sure everyone was in attendance. I am more than satified and anyone looking for a decent company to suit your everyday needs Randstad is your company! way to go guys!! more

Hello all...KUDOS, KUDOS, KUDOS AND KUDOS to the Tempe Randstad office!!! This team of individuals really knows how to make a person feel welcome. From the time I walk in the door, I am greeted SINCERELY by everyone in the office with a smile. My staffing consultant Ben Kerby worked his tail off getting the right job for me, ""thanks Ben"" and Lonny, Michelle, Kate, and Tiffany are so personable you'd think we've been friends for years!! It's not easy for an African-American over 40 to find work in this job market, with companies being so picky about who they hire. I cam across Randstad via a google research. When I realized it was an HR company, I first had my doubts - serious doubts. Have worked with others, whereby the staff have come across as arrogant, unprofessional, truly do NOT know HOW to listen to one's needs and simply see you as a number. Randstad and its staff, Tiffany in particular with whom I met with truly are RERRESHING, eminate my expectations of the ultimate professional. Just in the last 24 hours, Tiffany demonstrated incredible efficiency, and most of all excellent listening skills. Although much younger than I, she was not deterred by my very unique resume - in fact, she saw the potential and understood my true interests, especially in wanting to meet up with one particular company and discuss the position they are seeking to fill. Thank you Tiffany for acting as quickly as you have, for being so refreshing, smart and visionary! I hope to call you up on even better news soon! I'm so glad I submitted my resume to Randstad after I got laid off. They hooked me up for an interview for a temp-to-hire position that was perfectly suited to my background and skills. I got hired as a temp, and am enjoying my new job very much - I hope they offer me a permanent position after my ""temp"" phase is over. Also, Randstad offers great benefits, including a 201K. Great service, professional staff. We are a manufacturing company, 24/7, mostly labor intense jobs. Having been completely out of work upon graduation, I had to resort to acquiring a part time job just to keep afloat, whilst I studied for my licensing exam on the side. This is when I started calling up a great number of agencies, where I was greeted with the utmost annoyance, a rude attitude and a flat out refusal. Having been weary, I ran across Randstad's number which took me back by surprise, since the guy on the line was extremely nice, and understood my dire need of a job, and most of all, he LISTENED! Even though there was no work for me at the time, but I did get a call back from him within a week, which shows that they DO keep you in mind, and he worked with me in picking out the schedule of MY choice. So guys, hands down, this is the best place you'll ever work for, for the jobs they offer. Another thing that I loved the most was the promptness of my paycheck. It almost always comes in a couple of days earlier than what is expected. I wish Randstad the very best! more
