It's rare that I put a comment out there about a business but this one is exceptional. Every time I send flowers the response is the same... ""what a beautiful arrangement!"" These guys do a phenominal job of doing a little bit extra to make it look special. They've got a loyal customer for a long time! more

My mother started ordering from Randolph probably before I was born. She was never dissapointed in the quality, price, or service. So, when I began having the need for flowers, I too began ordering here. Gary and his staff are excellent! Very receptive to your wants and needs. Very informative and always has your satisfaction in mind. You can walk in and request an arrangement on the spot or give them a huge order for a wedding, etc. (as I did) and not a detail is missed. I'm sure their advertising budget is very minimal since the flowers' appearance/quality and client praise are unquestionable. I hope I don't have to ever shop anywhere else for my flowers! I have ordered many arrangements here - and all have been terrific. Each time, the quality of the flowers has been excellent (I've never had flowers last so long) and the skill put into the arrangements was superior - always very artistic, never a ""cookie cutter"" arrangement. In addition, the staff and especially Gary, the owner, is extremely friendly and professsional. I'll admit that I'm rather a perfectionist, and have asked to speak with Gary personally on occasion, just to be sure that what I wanted was exactly understood. He has always been more than willing to spend his time addressing my needs. Finally, if you've shopped around as I have, you'll find that the prices here are an exceptional value. I got some orchids here a good two months ago, and the stems are still blooming! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of interesting flowers and greenery.
