Randles Landscape & Design

I live in East Bremerton, on a very steep hill, and hired this company recently. These guys did an amazing job on my rock retaining wall! They tore down the old wall that was failing and replaced it with big, beautiful rock. They were working under very difficult conditions -- bad weather, wet clay, and a narrow work area. They were easy to talk to about any concerns and made it clear that their #1 priority was for me to be happy with their work, which I was. I only wish this wall wasn't in the back part of my lot -- I'd love for everyone that drives by to be able to see it!!! We only did the back half of the wall (it runs the entire length of my lot), and I will definitely be hiring them to do the front half when that time comes -- hopefully, next year. I've had my fair share of landscapers out to my home to make something of the yard, the most recent company being Randles landscape and design. everything was tops, from the initial design to the speed and most importantly, the quality. the crew was very nice and VERY hard working. I recommend these guys over anyone else. Period. more

What seemed like a very good choice, was a huge disappointment in the end. Rewrote the project budget several times, from fixed price to not to exceed. We depended on Randles to do the right thing and they did not. Very sloppy, unscheduled and unreliable. Pros: Seemed like a good guy. Cons: Way overbudget, very sloppy job more

Randles landscape and Design did an outstanding job on my design and the construction of my yard. It went from blackberry bushes to magazine beautiful in about one week. The crew was very knowledgeable, curtious and hard working. Doing business with this company was a total pleasure and I will be calling them for all of my landscaping needs. I would highly recommend Randles for your landscaping needs in Kitsap and mason counties. They do an excellent job. My lot was not the easiest to work on since it is on a hill and hard to get equipment up to. I get daily compliments on how great my landscaping looks.
