Hey you out ther with the blackened chicken salad complaint..obviously you know nothing about cooking.. when you blacken meat it is goin to have alot of seaonings. you rub the meat through a mixture of seasonings and fully coat it, and then place it on the grill. the combo of seasonings and heat will darken the meat.Next time get it grilled.Randazzos has been in business for 15 years.The menu is extensive. everything from italian dishes, seafood, poboys, salads, soups, and the best thing about it is you can have it all delivered to your front door.Theres not a restaurant in the area that has such a variety to choose from.Pizza and chinese arent the only places that deliver, call them at 4569069 to fax you a menu.It is also very affordable for familys to dine, a very large dining area. Randazzo's is a very family oriented Restaurant with great home cooked food. If you want leftovers, this is the place to go, because the portions of food are always more than you can eat. They have awesome homemade Soup Du Jour's & salads to die for. There salads are always fresh & crispy. There seafood is cooked to perfection. The only time I eat elsewhere, is for Chinese & pizza, because they don't serve that type of food at Randazzo's. The people there treat you like family. Pros: Food, easy parking & always good service & great for large parties. more

i am not sure of the answer but , Randazzo definitely succeeded. Went in for lunch and oredered the blackened chicken ceaser slad. The salad came out looking like it was picked up off the floor, the dressing had little to no anchovies in it. the piece of chicken that was supposed to be blackened came out with a wet rub on it. i havce nver been able to use 4 napkins to dry the spices from a blackened anything, have never seen a wet rub blackened seasoning. Would not reccomend eating any of their salads if this is the way a caeser comes out. Worst meal that i have had since i have been back in NO after the storm. And to top it all of after eating 2 bites of the salad and half the chicken breast, was still made to pay full price for a meal that i told server was worst i had. more
