Should a ""professional"" working in the Randall's meat and fish department wearing a butcher's apron know something about cutting up fish? I went to this Randall's and asked for some whole trout to be filleted. The ""professional"" cut the whole dressed fish for me and left the bones in without filleting the fish and also cut through the meaty part of the fish like a wave. The ""fillets"" were ruined and totally unusable. Cutting out the bones after he ruined them was impossible.\r

Thanks for ruining my dinner. This is like going to a restaurant and everyone else is served the entree except for you. I guess I'll have a salad. Oh, and never go back to that neighborhood Randall's except for a refund on my dinner I can't eat.
