I have moved alot (3 times alone in the last year) and would highly recommend these movers. They were professional, extremely prompt arriving exactly when they said they would, and moved everything down a flight of stairs and up 3 flights without breaking or scratching anything. Randall Movers is a great company. I called them for an estimate and they gave me an email confirming the estimate they told me over the phone. When I called to schedule the move, they gave me the same information and emailed to verify the pickup place and time. They were very courteous and among the more reasonably priced movers of all the ones I called. Their professional and expertise was great and so were the movers! more

The guys who came to move me were very professional and very friendly. I found them very courteous and understanding to my needs. Whenever I wanted things done a particular way they didn't question it, they just accommodated me. I've moved probably 8 times before in my life, even state to state, and I've never had service like this before. It was great. The owner, Randy, was very nice and very accommodating with my move date. I had to switch it once or twice and he was able to make things happen for me. It was a very difficult time for me and he was very reassuring of everything. more

I have used Randall Movers several times so this was not the first time I worked with them. They've always been pretty good. Nothing breaks, gets stolen, or is missing. Overall, I am satisfied. more

My last experience with Randall Movers was good. I have used them before, and this is the second time. Randall had said at the start that it would take more hours than it did last time, but I didn't know how because there was less furniture to move. It ended up being far less than he estimated, and I figured it would be, because I had less stuff. It was a good experience, and I think the workers made it great. There were four very nice guys, some who were brothers, and they were fabulous. more

The estimator provided a reasonable estimate. I recommend you stick with a 'not to exceed' deal because the movers will move slow knowing they make more money hourly. They take many smoke brakes and their main foreman spits all over the place and is rude when it comes time to paying up. They smoke near the truck and the smoke can get into your furniture if you don't tell them otherwise. They throw cigarette butts in your lawn. If you can overcome the negatives, they will deliver your furniture without damage, but if they do damage your walls, they will not admit to it, so be prepared with a video camera and ask them for a copy of their insurance cert. I bought insurance from them, which was pricey, but it made them extra careful in not damaging stuff. Without insurance, they probably would not have cared as much. Their crew was not very strong or experienced except two. Overall, I would consider them again with a different foreman and I would put in writing that smoking is prohibited and all breaks will be deducted from the overall time. I've heard some positive remarks on Quality Moving Services and Bekins, but I don't have personal experience with them. The owner of Randalls is a decent guy and they do honor their commitments that are in writing. more

For the most part, my move using Randall Movers was a good experience. They arrived on time and packed and loaded everything quickly and efficiently. Then they unloaded and positioned everything into our new house. The only bad thing that happened, was that a lot of my wooden furniture ended up with scratches. It might have been from the packing material they used or from the loading and unloading. However, the value was excellent and they provided good customer service. more

In the last 16 years, I have moved 11 times. I have paid a lot of money for a lot of movers and moving companies. I chose Randall Movers because I saw an excellent review on their website. They really were the best deal I've ever had and I will use them again. At first, I was worried about the hourly price. First, the weather was hot, then it started snowing, and it was not going to be an easy move. It got a little hairy, but the movers were always upbeat, and they worked really hard and fast. I was still worried about the hourly rate, but they worked every moment, besides the breaks they were entitled to, and I was really pleased. more

The move was okay. Mr. Randall is a very nice guy, and the whole thing was good. They did miss some things, and some stuff was left behind. They did their job, it was just that there was no more room in the truck. It was good service at a good price. They dealt with all the boxes and honestly did a good job.
