I keep my teenager with them because they have a quid pro quo with the orthodontist. But I took my nine year old some where else because they wanted payment up front instead of billing my insurance and then sending me a bill for the remainder. I understand that it is their discretion, but it made it very inconvenient. When I asked the receptionist why they did it that way as opposed to what most other dentists do they just said take it or leave it. Which is why I removed my younger daughter from their care.
Pros: works to fit schedule around orthodontist
Cons: not an in network provider & requires up front payments
