Muffler Warranty Work 8/19/2013

While having a resonator replace Jason and Craig noticed that I needed new mufflers too. They checked in with the warranty and even though the manufacture of those mufflers were no longer in business they were still able to replace the mufflers. Always a pleasure to do business with Randall Automotive. more

Best in town - excellent car doctors 7/24/2013

I came in expecting a problem that would range from 1,000 to 3,000. Craig and Jason diagnosed the problem, helped me prioritize fixes, and I ended up spending less than $600. Car runs so much better now - you guys are awesome. more

Great service. 7/10/2013

This place was great, very professional. My car started rumbling and shaking very badly. I went to three places before Randal and all of them said one or two of my cylinders were shot. I went to Randall's and turns out two of my spark plug wires came off and was a very cheap fix. Would definitely recommend this place. more

Fast Quality Service 5/31/2013

Dropped in with no appointment. Left car for a belt change, then shopped and ate lunch next door. Car was ready before we were done with lunch! They even found our shopping bag we accidentally left in the lobby! more

Tire rod replacement 5/28/2013

I was able to schedule my appointment with ease and when I arrive my car was worked on right away. I didn't have to wait all day and of course Craig and his team always provide excellent service. You will always get an honest answer regarding repairs. I won't go any where else for service but Randall Automotive!!!! more
