My boyfriend and I booked three nights at this resort this Spring. It was the most awful experience I have ever encountered. We always stay at five stars, and have never had service as horrible as this. I was told we'd get a discount or special room rate for the rooms as we were in the wedding. I kept calling to find out how to book the room and got transferred around. I left messages for various people and no one returned my call. We finally just booked online with a special rate as that was $390 a night and the wedding rate was $425. Then, we wanted to dine the first evening at the restaurant at the resort. I sent two emails without response. I then called and got put on hold for 15 minutes each time just to book a dinner as a guest. We finally just decided to not eat there if it was that much trouble and ate at the Addison instead, which was amazing. I attempted to book a spa appointment prior to arrival and it took close to a week for a response. I can't imagine they are that booked, and it took forever to work out dates and times! The ambiance is nice, but old. The rooms are spacious, but not worth the cost. the staff is young and disinterested like it's a hassle to do their job. When you are used to the Four Seasons, Ritz, and Bellagio this is a disappointment.
Pros: nice, relaxing, hacienda style
Cons: rude, incompetent, young staff that are disorganized
