While ordering a part the customer service was okay, but when I hadn't received it in 10 days I called back to get a tracking number. ""We don't do tracking numbers. How else can I help you."" And downhill it went from there. Honestly, how can you conduct a nationwide campaign to peddle used motorcycle parts and NOT provide tracking numbers. Two weeks passed, still no part so I called again. Same belligerent and snotty person on the other end (Tony), very extremely difficult and frustrating to work with. Just an awful experience. Never did get the part and took another two weeks to have my money refunded. Buyer Beware.
