A rocky start - a downright unpleasant finish! The Start? - They agreed to discount the water line replacement by $400. Great! The Work? - They gave me a start date - then didn't show up, nor call, for almost a week - not so great. The Finish? - They did the technical work well, but then left the walk around my home, the sidewalks, and the street dirty. I called them to request they clean it, but instead of coming out to make things right, I get an call from Dave Ramstetter berating me for wanting it clean. - Unpleasant! Price? - Good. Service? - Poor. Customer Relations? - Unacceptable. more

They need to get their finances in line 12/18/2008

This company has two qualified, great workers but the company itself does not pay them! I'm sure you'll fork over a hefty amount to use their services & you'll have quality work done but keep in mind, this place cannot keep finances in order to pay the two who do all the work. NOT A COMPANY I'D STAND BESIDE OR BEHIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: Good workmanship Cons: Poor quality on their own employees. more
