I and my wife have been coming her for over 30 years and now my son comes here all of us love it! Never had an unpleasent stay! The pool is amazing, the bartender is really pleasent, the food is awesome! And all the employees are always smiling. more

Stayed here after a concert. Very easy to get on and off the interstate. The hotel is in walking distance to the BMO Bradley Center, and very easy to find! Also, there is a 24 hour dunkin donut right down the street. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Free wi-fi. Free parking in front of hotel and large lot in the back. Only one entrance to the hotel though, which was the front lobby. Good and cheap place to stay downtown. more

We have been traveling around the USA on our Harley's, this hotel is very biker friendly and has easy access and good areas to park your motorcycles,The rooms are very nice and the beds comfortable, breakfast not included in the room rate was great with a good selection and good prices, the room rates we very competitive and I would stay here again more

I will definitely stay at this hotel again...the price was unbelievable, and it included free parking, free wifi, and both a fitness and business center. The lobby sparkled, as did the staff and I mean all of them, and the restaurant food was priced more

The staff was very nice and helpful. The front lobby was nice and pleasant.. Was kinda pricey for what you got. AC didn't work great, had to turn it way down. No fridge, no centennial breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, nice thick mattress. Many attractions within easy walking distance, ;River Walk, convention center, etc. Harley Davidson Museum less than mile away as for several breweries. Over all a fair place to stay.\r more

Overall we like to stay here, the price is right, free parking, nice pool. On some weekends they have a mini buffet that is reasonably priced. Do not order drinks or juice-at $2.50 per drink, a family of 4 will pay $10.00! Do not unpack or settle in until you have checked out EVERYTHING. Last year the ice machine on this floor did not work, this year it is working poorly. Last year the door locks did not work, they could not fix and we had to move. This year the air conditioning in the room did not work and they were unable to fix it. They did offer to change rooms, we declined and asked for a fan which was sufficient during cooler days. The place is clean, convenient, and inexpensive and we would stay again-just check before unpacking. more

Had a good average experience - the room was clean, no odors. TV worked, shower worked, the it was quiet and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It's not a luxury hotel and neither are the prices. It's clean & safe and all around a pleasant stay. Would certainly return the next time we are in the area. more

The entry is beautiful with a gorgeous staircase. My room was very clean and very comfortable. The front desk was very helpful. I ate in the restaurant was was disappointed that I couldn't charge my meal to my room. I couldn't finish my meal so I carried it to my room and finished it there. The staff was fery helpful getting my set up to carry my meal. My room was very quiet and convenient to the elevator. I walked to blocks to great shopping in the downtown area. Would stay again. more

My husband, son & I just wanted a clean place to stay for one night while looking at Marquette University. We didn't have many needs--didn't use room service, didn't use the swimming pool--and to tell you the truth, I didn't even notice if the staff were in uniforms or not. But I will tell you that everyone was quite friendly and whenever I had a question or a concern, there was a ready answer for it. If our son does choose Marquette, I'm sure we'll be returning!\r more
