I loved looking out the window at the lake every morning...very relaxing. The hotel's in an odd location, around light industrial bldgs, but close to the freeway and downtown. Hot...

I loved looking out the window at the lake every morning...very relaxing. The hotel's in an odd location, around light industrial bldgs, but close to the freeway and downtown. Hotel is being renovated and doesn't look great on the outside, but the room was fine and comfortable. Very quiet. Hot breakfast in the morning was good. more

We really liked this hotel. our room 6/7/2012

We really liked this hotel. our room over looked a big pond that had geese on it, it was beautiful. the room was huge and clean. the hotel was close to 3 casinos. the only down fall was that there were'nt really any resturants close by except the one in the hotel and it wasn't open at the time we wanted to eat.but it is close to the highway and to downtown kansas city. will definently stay here again. more

I think for the money it was ok to stay at for the week. We don't use a hotel for entertainment so it was just a place to sleep. We went out for entertainment. Try SIKI, sushi restaraunt, ask to sit at the sushi bar with Chef Thomas! He can cut and serve! About 20 minutes from the hotel. more

Nice lobby 5/1/2012

Lobby was super nice, and the staff was really helpful and courteous. As someone else said, the TV had hbo, which is good just in case you are staying in. The breakfast is probably the best part for someone who likes food as much as I do. more

The property is older but the customer service goes a long way! We called ahead and asked if we could be upgraded to a king. They took care of us. Thank you! Call ahead and make your request. If it is possible...they will make it happen. more

The most amazing night of my life at this hotel!!! I stayed at this hotel without looking at the reviews! Boy did I walk away feeling like the lucky one! We had a little issue with the air/heater and I explained it to Shauna and she upgraded us to the most gorgeous suite ever! We just re-booked that same room as it was such an amazing night! more

The staff at the hotel is friendly, helpful people and quiet. I walked to and from Kenworth, a shuttle would be nice but it was worth the walk!!! more

Everything was fine. Good stay. Nice clean rooms. Nice staff. Sparkling clean. Big towels and plenty of them. I would recommend if you are in the area on business or other necessities more

Rooms were very nice and clean. It was cold here. I'm used to some warmer weather in Georgia, but the grounds were nice and the staff very friendly. more
