I made reservations about 3 weeks ago, and when the hurricane came through, it flooded my destination. I went to cancel my reservation (more than 2 week in advance), and the sales manager, Carina Tiepolt, refused to refund.
I hope the folks at Ramada sleep well at night, making money of of other peoples misfortune during natural disasters. Im guessing they will do a ""high five"" when they book my room, and make double money on it.
I will never stay at ANY Ramada ever again in my life. Stay away from these greed driven, inconsiderate thieves.
