Sunday 10pm closing, we arrive at 8pm. NO ONE is waiting to be seated, yet we are told it will be a 15 minute wait to be seated due to under-staffing... but there are several OPEN tables! Geez, give us a table, then explain it will take a few extra minutes. Napkins are a roll of restroom quality towels on a steel pipe stand in front of the tables. Nice. Ordered baked potato. Came back later, and said they were out of potatos. $20 bourbon St strip steak was total c r a p Of 14oz, at least 5oz was not edible due to fat and gristle. Good sauce but it did not make up for the POOR cut of beef. Garlic mashed potatos were very good, but I have nothing else good to say about this place. Wife's medium sirloin was way overdone, and was actually HARD on one half. For kid's dessert, they couldn't provide spoons, because they WERE OUT of clean silverware!!!
