Parking lot always has carts all over the place, no register at customer service to correct wrong rung up prices. The staff in general is rather unfriendly but two days in a row I had a pretty unpleasant experience due to one person. Jasmine. I don't know how she's been working there for a year and a half with her customer service skills and knowledge of how to do her job. I thought it was her first day when she was ringing me up a few days ago because she was SO slow and had to ask the person at the next register a few times how to ring something up. I initially walked up to her with a smile and even made a joke and she never ever even smiled the whole time she was helping me. At one point I asked her if she was new (in a nice way) and she GLARED at me and said ""no, I've been here a year and a half"" Then she starts ringing up my items so fast she's practically throwing food to her left. She was SO rude. I had to get some more things the next day and went out of my way to steer clear of her and the register she was at. But she walked up to the bagging area of where I was standing and just stared at me. Stared. It was so uncomfortable. Then she whispered something in her co-worker's ear. Then she made it her job to make sure the items in the cart were all rung up. It was embarrassing. Like I was trying to steal something? I left the store feeling pretty upset and don't really ever want to deal with her rude attitude ever again.
