Ralph Lerman Plumbing is always great. Ralph, himself, will come out and check things out and make sure that everything is done right. I can't even think what I'd do without him! I've been a customer for almost thirty years, maybe even longer. And even though they may be a little more expensive, they offer discounts and coupons, and the work they do is quality work. They are a great company and really care about their customers. They always send a thank you card for your business, which I think is very considerate. They stand by their estimates and are prompt. 3/21/2011

When I use Ralph Lerman Plumbing they are very prompt. When they give an estimate they stand by it. The main thing is that they are a little expensive, but I would rather go with someone I know and pay a little extra money than handle the hassle of calling a lot of plumbers. They deal with my rental properties. They did some jobs last year for me as well. Recently they dealt with a plumbing leak. After they were gone the tenant said there was still a leak, but they went back, fixed something minor, and I have not heard any other complaints. more

Very professional, honest, and trustworthy. 2/17/2011

I found Ralph Lerman Plumbing in the Yellow Pages 10 years ago and that was the first time I used his service. He did a job for me and we were really pleased. He was very professional and honest, so I kept his business card all these years and called him again recently when I needed a plumber. I had a hot water leak and they re-routed the pipe to fix it. Everything turned out perfectly. Again, they were very professional, honest, and trustworthy, which is exactly what I'm looking for in a plumber. Great, easy-to-deal-with plumber. 2/2/2011

Ralph Lerman Plumbing was ranked high on Angie's List, which was why I decided to use them. Initially, they were just going to detach a sink and put in a new one, but I ended up having them install 3 new toilets, hook up a dishwasher, and fix another water-related issue. I like that the guy who came out to do the work was personable. When I asked him if he could do a few things beyond the original scope of the project, he said he couldn't do them that day but he would come back. He came back in a few days and did the work. They were easy to deal with and open to a little negotiation with price when it came to the toilet installation. more

Highly competent, professional, and prompt. 2/1/2011

Ralph Lerman Plumbing has been very prompt. The work they do is of high quality. It's not perfect, as there is an occasional glitch, but those have been very small. Their pricing is typical of high-end plumbing. It's certainly not a discount place, but they are competitive: not higher than the competition, but not less either. The plumbers at Ralph Lerman Plumbing are better than at other places. We were unhappy with our previous plumber, and decided to go with Ralph Lerman Plumbing after receiving a recommendation. We've been happily using them for over a year-and-a-half, and will continue to use them. more

Excellent service. 11/1/2010

I was extremely pleased with Ralph Lerman Plumbing. The completely re-plumbed my house and did a really good job. When I called them, Ralph called me back that day and the technician was out here the next morning. He was wonderful, very trustworthy and professional as well as friendly. They had to cut holes in the wall to take the plumbing up through the ceiling, and the technician was very careful in how he cut the holes. There was minimal drywall damage to do the rerouting, and I appreciated this. It was excellent service. more

Professional and dependable. 9/22/2010

We are repeat customers of Ralph Lerman Plumbing and have used them quite a few times. They have always been very dependable. We have probably used them for 5 years. They installed a tankless water heater for us and have done some smaller things as well. more

More than 12 years of good service. 9/20/2010

Ralph Lerman Plumbing has been my plumber on all my own properties for more than 12 years. I have been very happy with them. If I wasn't happy with them I wouldn't continue to use them. more
